This policy applies to Alarm Clock (Despertador) for Android (com.adrianillo.alarmClock), available on Google Play. It is free, with no ads, purchases or other forms of monetization. Its developer is Adrián Alonso, Spain. Contact: alarmclock@adrianillo.name.
I do not collect personal data through the app. It requires no registration or Internet permission and includes no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. I do not profile users or make automated decisions about them.
Alarms, their names, settings and imported sounds are stored on your device to provide the app's features, in app storage protected by Android's access controls. I do not receive this data or store it on my own servers. You can delete alarms in the app and remove its local data through Android settings or by uninstalling it. This does not delete the original sound files or system backups.
You can manage permissions and special access in Android settings.
Android may include app data in backups or transfers between devices, depending on your settings. I cannot access those backups; you manage them through the system or the backup service you use.
On compatible devices, assistants and apps authorized by Android can view and manage your alarms through system features. When doing so, they receive alarm data: identifiers, names, schedules, repetition, status and time zone. The service you use applies its own privacy policy.
Google Play and Android may collect usage and diagnostic data depending on your settings. I can view Google Play statistics and technical reports to fix errors. Google's processing is explained in its privacy policy; you can manage Usage & diagnostics in Android.
If you email me, I will process your email address and the content you send to handle your inquiry, based on my legitimate interest in responding to it. This is voluntary and is not required to use the app. As the controller, I will retain those messages with restricted access only as long as needed to resolve the inquiry, unless retention is legally required. Hostinger provides the email service and acts as a processor of the data contained in the messages. It may engage subprocessors and make international transfers subject to the safeguards set out in its Data Processing Addendum.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing alarmclock@adrianillo.name. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent data protection authority.
The app and this policy may be updated over time. I will publish the current version and the date of the latest update on this page. If a change affects the processing of data, I will notify users before it takes effect when required by law and request their consent when necessary.
